Concise Terms

Production


  • A recording day is to be considered a block of 10 hours, normally speaking between 10:00-20:00 (10AM-8PM). Please let us know if you’d like to divert from these normal blocked hours.
  • Every booking confirmation will come with an attached equipment list. The equipment list will contain all basic equipment, extra rentals and also indicate what equipment will not be available during the booking.
  • By default, use of the kitchen is not included in the booking. A microwave, coffee machine and waterboiler are available as any cutlery you might need. If you’d like to utilize the entire kitchen please inform us. We request that all used kitchen appliances, plates and cutlery are left behind clean.

Financial


  • All of our prices are ex. 21% Value Added Tax.
  • To compensate running costs, we require a payment of 50% up front and 50% within 14 days of invoice date.
  • Extra hours, outside of the aforementioned block of 10 hours, will be charged based on a pre-discussed hourly price.
  • If the grand piano needs to be tuned, a tuner will be brought in by E-sound, costs for tuning will be charged to the client.
  • It is a booking requirement to use one of the E-Sound vetted engineers for checking and handing out the gear that has been rented.(if applicable)

Liability


  • Any damage to E-Sound equipment seen as Wear and Tear will be paid for by E-Sound.
  • In the event that any equipment is considered defective due to lack of care or handling without experience, any costs required to repair or replace will be charged to the client.
  • E-Sound is not able to assume any liability for any external equipment brought in, as this will not be covered by our insurance.
